Boulevard

An Arterial with a wide, pedestrian-first frontage alongside through traffic lanes, typically featuring a planted median or landscaped buffer. Includes the Multiway Boulevard variant, where frontage roads are separated from through lanes by planted medians, such as Octavia Boulevard.1
